We realize a return is unlikely because like you, we are certain you are going to love what you buy! But believe it or not the occasional return does happen. With that in mind we want to keep it simple to ensure your top notch shopping experience remains in tack.  

Here's the details:

  • Most new, unused merchandise with tags attached can be returned for a full refund.
  • If your return is due to defective or damaged merchandise you are eligible for a full refund on merchandise and return shipping, just notify our RETURNS CENTER within 5 days of receiving your shipment and a member of our team will assist you in getting this taken care of.
  • All returns/ exchanges need to be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
  • It likely goes without saying, but in order to return an item to the item must have been purchased from
  • Upon receiving your return request, our team will review and make a determination. You will receive notification of the outcome within 24-hours. Approval notifications will include shipment instructions, including return address.
  • Upon receipt of your return we will refund the payment used at purchase. It can take up to fifteen (15) days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement, but in most cases it's much sooner.
  • Exchanges are offered based upon availability of stock. In the event that additional stock is not available a store credit will be given.
          • Sales items are final sale.
          • Pre-Order items are final sale, with the exception of defective or damaged merchandise, in which case will follow our standard returns policy.
